1. Orders Delayed

We know how important it is to receive your order on time. If your package is significantly delayed, we’ve got you covered:

  • USA: Eligible for refund or resend after 45 days from dispatch.
  • Brazil: Due to customs delays, eligible after 110 days from dispatch.
  • Other Countries: Eligible after 60 days from dispatch.

If your package is held at the local post office due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we encourage you to contact them directly to avoid further delays.


2. If your item arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered.

We know you expect the best for your child. If your item arrives damaged, we will make it right:

  • Fully damaged products: Full refund or replacement.
  • Partially damaged products: Partial refund or replacement (minor cosmetic issues do not qualify).

What to do? Send us a clear photo or video showing the damage, and we’ll take care of the rest.


3. Incorrect or Missing Products

  • Received the wrong item? We’ll send the correct one or refund you.
  • Wrong color/size but still functional? Refund or replacement available if you provide proof.
  • Missing parts? We will resend the missing part or offer a partial refund.

For size-related concerns, please include a measurement photo to support your claim.


4. Orders Not Received

Nothing is more frustrating than a missing package. While we cannot offer refunds or resends if tracking shows the package as delivered, we want to help you investigate. If you believe your package is lost, please provide:

  • non-delivery certificate from your local post office.
  • Proof that the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete.

5. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. If your order has not yet been processed in our warehouse, you can cancel it and receive a full refund.

Once an order status is closed, disputes can no longer be opened. Additionally, if tracking information from a third party is untraceable, the dispute cannot be resolved.

MiniMerveille cannot be held responsible for damages or shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to epidemics, international conflicts, strikes, wars, natural disasters, customs inspections, or extreme weather conditions.
